Villa Helena and Villa Irene are two lovely furnished houses with three bedrooms each. Every house is 155 sq.m. It is divided into three levels and has the capacity to host 6+1 people. A folding bed with regular mattress for one person is available free of charge and it can be placed in the lounge. Bedroom walls are soundproof. As every house is designed in different levels, it offers essential peace for guests. The yard has a barbecue area and a veranda under a pergola. On the back side of the yard, there is a swimming pool 5mx8m. Both sides of the yard give wonderful sea view. The Houses • Upper Level The upper level has a bedroom with double bed, closet, library, bathroom with shower and hydro-massage in the cabin. Going 6 steps down, there is a lovely living room with fireplace and kitchen. The living room has 2 triple sofas, a lounge chair, tables and TV with stereo Hi-Fi. The kitchen has a dining table with 6 chairs. • Middle Level The middle level has a bedroom with two single beds, library and bathroom with bathtub. • Lower Level The lower level has the master bedroom with incorporated mechanism in the bed that works like an extra bed and can accommodate a child or adult. The bathroom is ensuite and has a hydro-jet massage (Jacuzzi). The bedroom has a comfortable morning room. The lower level also hosts the washing-machine and tumble dryer for laundry.
