Vassiliki village is an attractive combination of the cosmopolitan atmosphere, nightlife, the wonderful sea and windsurfing experiences, as well as the tradition of the Greek islands. Heliotropia is a recently constructed (2005-2008) complex of 9 independent houses with individual entrances, 6 of which are maisonnetes and 3 are bungalows. They are located in the outskirts of Vassiliki village in an evergreen plot full of old and tall poplar trees, orange trees, where the owners¢ family used to grow vegetables for the house needs. The place is ideally located only 150 m away from the beach and around 300 m from the village center. Apart from the white beach, which is very close, you can stroll around the cafeterias, restaurants, bars and clubs or enjoy shopping, anytime you want. Internet cafes, super markets, medical facilities, wind surfing and Jet Ski facilities as well as the gas station, are very close to Heliotropia Houses. The exterior of the houses has retained its traditional architectural elements, but internally the building has a more modern design and decoration.
Accommodation
The bungalows are 40 square meter houses and they have a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, TV, a big bathroom and the living room with 2 bed sofas. It is suitable for a family or group of friends, (up to 4 people). On the other hand, the maisonettes are 60 square meter two-floor houses. Downstairs is the living room with 2 bed sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, the dining table and a WC. In this area the guests can cook, relax, eat in the dining table and watch TV or DVD. Moreover, the coaches can be converted in 2 big double beds. An internal latter leads to the first floor, where the large bedroom with a double bed is situated, as well as the bathroom and the couchette in the hall. There is a patio in the ground floor and a spacious balcony in the first floor. Each of the maisonettes can host up to seven persons maximum. During the day you can relax and enjoy a sunbath in the garden, the patios or the balconies of the houses, or walk up to the beach or to a nearby café, shop or restaurant. You will also be able to eat or enjoy your coffee right by the sea! In case you like sea sports, Vassiliki village is considered to be a windsurfer¢s paradise. If you are a beginner, you can take some windsurfing lessons in the nearby schools. This is an ideal place for enjoyable holidays in a magnificent Greek island, feeling like in your own house and not in a hotel room.
